ZavAI is an AI-powered tool that helps users rewrite and optimise their CVs for specific job applications. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyse job descriptions and suggest improvements to CV content, structure, layout, and language.

Our property: All content, features, functionality, design, code, prompts, algorithms, branding, and technology that make up ZavAI — including but not limited to the name "ZavAI", the logo, the AI prompt architecture, the website design, and all written content — are the exclusive intellectual property of ZavAI and its owners. All rights reserved.

Violations of this section may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action under applicable intellectual property law.
You agree not to use ZavAI for any of the following purposes:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these restrictions without prior notice.
When you paste your CV and job description into ZavAI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your optimised CV output during that session.
You retain full ownership of the CV content you submit and the optimised output you receive. We do not claim any rights over your personal career information.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours.
One-time purchases ($9): Due to the digital and instant nature of the service, all sales are final once the CV optimisation has been delivered. We do not offer refunds on completed optimisations.
Monthly subscriptions ($29/month): You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Exceptions: If a technical fault on our end prevented the service from delivering output, we will offer a free re-run or a full refund at our discretion. Please contact us within 48 hours of the issue.
ZavAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

The use of ZavAI is entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZavAI and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the use of ZavAI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We take your privacy seriously. The CV and job description text you submit is processed by our AI system solely to generate your output. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZavAI at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of ZavAI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
